Terms and Conditions
The following Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions on the Cosmetic Candy web site, please read them carefully .
Pricing & Availability
All product prices are in £ sterling including VAT at the current UK rate and are exclusive of delivery..
Prices with a marked United Kingdom recommended retail price (UK RRP) refer to prices the manufacturer recommends goods are sold at in the UK market, or prices that other retailers within the UK are offering the same product. All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a refund for the unavailable product(s).

We guarantee that all advertised products are 100% genuine.

Customer Orders
Delivery
We are currently able to offer service customers in the UK ,Europe, Usa & Canada.
Delivery charges are calculated by delivery zone. (See delivery & payment details for prices) A signature may be required on delivery of the goods for some orders.
Please make sure someone will be available to sign for parcels on delivery.

Payment may also be made by bank transfer, cheque or postal order, in which case your order will not be despatched until payment has cleared.(Details for bank transfer can be found when you select this option for payment)
Payment will be debited to your account before despatch of your purchase. We will take all reasonable care, in so far as we are able
to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party gains unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from us.
Returns & Order Cancellation
If a product has been damaged in transit or is faulty, please contact us on 01452 546404 within 3 working days of order receipt to arrange a replacement or a refund and return of the faulty item by second class post. We will refund the postage cost of returning the item and any replacement will be sent with no further P&P charge.
Cancellation of Orders
Except at the busiest time of the year, e.g. Christmas, orders are normally despatched to you within 2 working days. If you wish to cancel BEFORE we have sent goods, you must do so by phone and confirm by email at the same time. If your order has not been sent, it will be cancelled and there will be no charge.
If you change your mind and cancel AFTER your order has been sent to you or after receiving the goods the following procedures apply :-
When you receive your order, as per the EU Distance Selling Directive, you have a 'cooling off period' of 7 days to return the ordered products if you have changed your mind and wish to cancel. The goods must be returned unused, unopened and in the same condition as they were originally despatched from Cosmetic Candy. We will not accept for exchange or refund any item which has been used or is not in the condition in which it was despatched by us
You must contact us by phone or Email to confirm which items are being returned. You will be requested to return the goods by second class post (we recommend you get Proof of Posting) and will be required to pay the cost of returning the goods. There will be no refund of the cost of returning the goods. Any free gifts associated with an item must be returned at the same time. Please return them to the address at the bottom of the page along with a note of your details and the reason for return. Refunds will be made to the original charged account within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.
These conditions do not affect your statutory rights
Order Confirmation
You will be sent an e-mail confirming receipt of your order with Cosmetic Candy. We reserve the right to decline any order. All orders are accepted subject to our Terms and Conditions of Sale

Your details are protected by a 128bit Secure Socket Layer system which means all your transactions are encrypted and fully secure.
Data Privacy
We will not and do not supply any of your details to any third party at all. From time to time we may send you e-mail notifications of New arrivals or promotions from Cosmetic Candy.. In all e-mails you will be given the option to be removed from our mailing list, which will mean removal of your details from our mailing list. You will not be sent future correspondence unless you request to be added to our mailing list at a later date. Cosmetic Candy will not pass on any of your details to third parties unless required to do so as part of the order verification process or if required to do so by UK law.
These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
